THE TEACHER

Meet Lena

I am a certified yoga instructor with over 6 years of yoga practice and dancing background. Initially, I started yoga because I wanted to learn all the advanced poses, increase my flexibility and strength. In the process I discovered other benefits that yoga came with.

My passion for yoga grew over the years and eventually led me to create The Body Sense, an online yoga studio offering minimal cues yoga classes. These practices will allow you to listen to yourself and turn inward, as well as grow on your personal yoga journey.

WHY YOGA

What It Will Give You

Yoga is definitely deeper than just a physical exercise. It works on your mental, spiritual and emotional wellbeing, leading towards the permanent state of ease and presence, stronger mind and sharper focus.
However, most people get attracted to yoga mainly for its physical benefits. That's why at this studio I mainly focus on movement and breath. I believe this is the best way to immerse yourself into yoga, naturally moving towards deeper practices later on.

Minimal cues yoga means that I will not be giving you a detailed guidance and alignment tips. I will simply be flowing through the sequence together with you and will briefly describe the poses and transitions. The classes are suitable for those who already know the correct alignments of asanas to practice safely.
